What you share

The enquiry form collects your name, email, company, selected business priority, optional revenue range and any message you choose to include. If you arrive through a campaign link, its source and campaign labels may also be included. Please do not submit confidential business records or sensitive personal information.

How it is used

SynToro emails these details to its enquiry inbox to assess and respond to your request. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Your enquiry is not automatically analysed by an AI service.

Storage and access

The website does not keep an enquiry database. Your message is sent through Google's Gmail service and remains in SynToro's email inbox until it is handled or deleted. A short-lived hash of your email and an enquiry reference may be held in server memory to limit repeated submissions. Google and Firebase may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service. Information may be processed outside your country.

Cookies and external services

This site does not add advertising trackers or marketing cookies. Its font provider may receive connection information when fonts load. The public enquiry form does not require an account.

Your choices

Revenue and free-text details are optional. We keep enquiry emails only as needed to handle the conversation and related follow-up. To request access, correction or deletion, use the enquiry form, select “Another decision” and write “Privacy request”. Use the email address associated with the original enquiry so the request can be verified.
